BBC Radio 1 presents : Simian Mobile Disco, Annie Mac, Brodinski vs Gesaffelstein, Jack Beats

The SonarLab Stage welcomes back for the twelfth year the leading UK national radio station BBC Radio 1 for a very special line up curated by Annie Mac. Annie will exclusively host the stage and bring together some of the hottest and most exciting fresh dance acts. Sónar's collaboration with Radio 1 at the 2012 festival comes after the very successful experiences with Mary Anne Hobbs (her showcase at Sónar by Night over the last four years will always be a Sónar classic), BBC Introducing (with Huw Stephens), and DJ sets by the late John Peel, Rob da Bank, Gilles Peterson, Benji B, Toddla T among many others.‬
