It’s cold outside on any given day in Scotland. Today it’s bitterly cold and there is a sharp crust layer of frost on the pavement. The wise wear gloves, scarf, wooly hats and thick socks, the sluts still wear high heels and miniskirts. All of this is irrelevant though as everyone looks to the clouds and wonders when it’s going to snow.
